Insights into Heterogeneity of Temporary Agency Work in Restaurants

The term temporary work is an umbrella comprising a wide variety of atypical employment forms. This study focuses on agency in restaurants characterized by third-party involvement the working relationship. Data was collected through questionnaire based Organizational Commitment and QPS Nordic questionnaires, both which focus psychological social factors at work. Statistical examination revealed three distinct groups, each with its characteristics, types commitment demands. Regular, full-time workers were compared these groups workers. Differences found groups. Our findings provide new perspectives to ongoing debate employee well-being restaurants.
